Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 31 days of receipt. All goods will be inspected on return. We’ll issue a refund. Please place a new order in case you need a different size/colour.

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless it gets sent via special delivery.

Please complete the returns form that was sent with your parcel and include it with your returning goods, addressed to:

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us via E-mail with your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the defect in question, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. TACWRK cannot advise you on how to proceed with the return. Please contact your post office to find out what precautions you need to take for returns to Germany so that the items are not held up in customs. Unfortunately, it is not possible for TACWRK to provide detailed return instructions for all countries, as the legal situation can change frequently between countries.
