Helmet Cover for Operational Helmets
The Busch PROtective CAC-1 NVG helmet cover set is designed for the AMP-1 TP, AMP-1 E, and AMH-2 helmet models from Busch PROtective. Made from abrasion-resistant polyamide and open mesh material, it achieves balanced coverage and breathability for use with ballistic as well as bump helmets.
Practical Product Features
The generous cutout for NVG mounts allows for the unobstructed attachment of night vision device holders. The abrasion-resistant polyamide fabric provides a robust base for the central area, enduring continuous use. Complemented with generous loop panels on the back and top, it accommodates identifiers, counterweight pouches, and IFF markers. Sewn loops allow equipment to be secured to the helmet cover, and when using a battery pack, the cables can be routed neatly. The sides, made from durable mesh material, prevent the blocking of ventilation openings on training helmets like the Busch PROtective AMH-2 and are enhanced with additional hook-and-loop strips for more patches.
Easy Attachment to Helmet
The helmet cover features hook fasteners to easily attach to helmets with CAP-1 or CAP-2 loop surfaces. Alternatively, six self-adhesive hook-and-loop panels (CAP-1) are included, which can be affixed to the helmet. To do this, clean the area of dirt and grease, then press the adhesive loop firmly in place. The proper placement of the stickers can be inferred from the helmet cover.
