  The Eberlestock S1 Jacknife Pack is a discreet daypack with practical compartments and a total volume of 22.9 liters. Featuring generous loop surfaces inside, it can be easily personalized, making it an excellent choice as a small backpack for the office, travel, shooting range, and professional use.
  

  Practical Primary Compartment

  The zippered lid provides defined top access. The interior is enhanced by a laptop compartment, which can also be used as a hydration bladder compartment thanks to a central securing strap. Additionally, side openings for tubes and cables are incorporated. Important small items can be placed in the side slip pockets to avoid getting lost in the depths of the backpack. The compartment is completed with loop surfaces for additional hook-and-loop pouches.
  

  Hidden Back Compartment

  Directly behind the carrying system is a flat multi-purpose compartment with a 24 x 52 cm area, which can be complemented with separately available hook-and-loop pouches thanks to the generous use of loop material. The three-sided zipper allows it to be fully opened for optimal access to technical accessories, tactical gear, medical equipment, or even a disassembled long gun.
  

  Additional Storage

  The tactical backpack offers compartments for essential small items that require direct access: The lid compartment is suitable for essentials like sunglasses, sunscreen, a windbreaker, or a headlamp, while the flat front pocket is perfect for writing utensils and documents. Additionally, there are open side pockets suitable for items like a 1-liter Nalgene Everyday bottle. Alternatively, they can hold tripods and trekking poles.
  

  Scalable Back System

  Eberlestock is known for high-performance carrying systems with impressive ventilation. The S1 Jacknife features two vertically arranged padded strips with spacer fabric to relieve the spine. There is a passage at the bottom for a hip belt, qualifying the small backpack for long ventures when fully loaded. The shoulder straps are height-adjustable, allowing for individual adjustment to the back length in conjunction with the load control straps. With an airy construction and generous padding, comfort is assured, while the height-adjustable chest strap reliably stabilizes the straps. A D-ring and a loop serve as tube guides and allow for hanging GPS devices and other tools that need to be at hand. Additionally, a central carrying handle makes it easy to carry and load the daypack.
  

  Practical Details

  In typical Eberlestock fashion, all zippers are equipped with high-quality zipper pulls, ensuring quick access even in a hurry and with tactical gloves on. The four side straps with quick-release buckles help with compression and attaching bulky additional equipment, while elastic loops keep the excess lengths neatly stowed. A 10 x 5 cm loop surface on the back allows for individual identification of the backpack.
